Error in Personnel Calculation Rule XPPF

Hi,
Under PCR XPPF, I was trying to create processing link to wage type /803
for that I had copied it to ZP10 (my variant)

but when I checked it, system was showing error "type of operation is different from Rule type" for the default element under /801.

here is a screen shot of the error

Note: similar error it is displaying in Rule Xppf too.

Could you please help me in getting it sorted.
