We are implementing positive time management and I have a requirement for calculating shortfall of hours and Paid Holiday count.
Shortfall of hours
We have 8 hrs, 8.5 hrs, 9 hrs, etc different planned working time in IT0007 and if employee is not completed the full working hours, then it should calculate and displayed in time type as a shortfall hours. For ex:
Planned working time = 9:00 hrs in IT0007
Punch In time = 9:30 AM in IT2011
Punch Out time = 17:00 PM in IT2011
So calculation of shortfall hrs = 9:00hrs - (9:30am - 17:00 pm) = 9:00 hrs - 7:50hrs = 1:50 Hrs
This 1:50hrs should displayed in PT_BAL00 in time type 9002.
Paid Holiday count
If any holiday is there in month then it should also displayed in PT_BAL00 in time type 9029.
Please give me the idea how to write PCR for this.
