Maintain Training Data

Hello Experts,

I am new to SAP HR , we have not implemented OM, PA , ( not TEM )

My client wants to maintain employee wise training data and retrieve these data for reporting.

Is there any standard way to achieve this ( without TEM) rather than developing a customized infotype 9XXX
