tax deduction for Irregular payments

Hi All

Please guide me as how to tax the Irregular payments in the same month when it was paid as per employee tax slab.

Right now system is totalling the regular +Irregular payments .and dividing the total tax by 12 .

But i want to tax the irregular payments in the same month when it is paid.

Please guide.
