Hi,
If an employee attempts to book a course on ESS, workflow is triggered, participation is booked for the course in the first instance itself (in R3, relationship A025 gets created between the employee and the course). Approver receives a work item for approval or rejection on MSS. The approver processes the work item by making a decision about the booking.
If the request is approved, the participant remains booked for the course. (A025 remains as it is)
If the request is rejected, the booking that was made is canceled.(A025 gets deleted)
Client wants the booking to happen only after approval. To meet the requirement the workflow to be enhanced to create the relationship (A025) after the final approval is given.
Is there anyother work around to restrict the booking immediately after nomination for a course?
