Reminder mail- Stop

Dear Team,

Client is using the customized program for reminder purpose. For example during the hiring action maintained infotype 0019 (monitoring of task) i.e. Task type –end of probation (suppose-01.09.2014), reminder date-(suppose 01.08.2014).

After the reminder date system trigger the mail for confirmation.

Now employee has left dated 29^th July 2014, client has process the termination action on 29^th July 2014 through tcode -pc00_m40_term then tcode -sm35 and completed the process.

Now client is still getting the reminder mail for confirmation.

Please suggest how to stop the reminder mail.
