Intern actual work days accmulation

Hi experts,

  Now in my practice, Intern(I) turns to permanent employee(A) in the middle of time period,

such as on 17th. Intern gets daily payment, and permanent employee(A) gets monthly payment,

I should accumulate  total actual work days for interns on 16th in time evaluation for payroll,

and the prerequisite of accumulation is that employee group for next day(17th) is permanent employee,

but there is no standard operation to check employee group of next day.

     My second concern is : if the operation date of turning employee group to A is 20th,

system sets PDC recalculate date for time evaluation is 17th, not 16th, so no recalculation for 16th,

no  accumulation of actual work hours on 16th.
