New SAP Notes for changes in HCM (2014 - 2015 Union Budget) ?

Dear Consultants,

There are few changes in the Income tax slabs in the 2014 - 2015 Union budget, Can anyone share the newly released SAP Notes for sap HCM below changes from Union budjet.

1) Income Tax slabs changes.

2) PPF limit change from 1 Lack to 1.5 Lack.

Please let me know apart from this is there any other changes are there in the new Budget?
