Dear Expert,
we have sick leave absence valuation.
After the completion of probationer only ,employee can apply sick leave having 90 days quota paid. working fine.
Now requirement is: employee can also apply sick leave with in probation period. But during this period,sick leave will be leave Without Pay.
So how should i go. shall i create 2 different Sick Leave type.
So Guru Please advice to solved this issue.
