Mass Creation of Appraisal forms

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement where the client already has an existing appraisal form in place. They need new form which we are in the process of developing.

Now, the requirement is to pull all the employee's Objectives from the existing form to the new form which will be developed.

Questions:

1. Can we achieve this using LSMW? If no, why? Will we need BADI, or a report for mass creation?

2. How and when will the Objectives from the old form should be loaded into the new form? While creation of the form or it can be loaded after the new forms are crated?

I am new to this, so will need your expert comments and suggestions.
