In the predefined performance management process, the appraiser/appraisee is chosen by the organizational structure, where the employees of an organization unit will be appraised by the chief position of their org unit.
I have seen another posting which talks about using PHAP_PREPARE. This transaction appears to create appraisal documents (and not templates) based on this requirement. Also, the documents created there are not accessible in the Netweaver Business Client for MSS/ESS.
Is it possible, in predefined, to change the appraiser/appraisee template decision to rely on relationships (such as A/B 002 or 005)? The organization structure of the client is such that the employees may not be directly reporting to the holder of the chief position, but to someone else, potentially in a different organization unit.
If this is not possible in predefined, would it be possible in flexible?
