Late Coming Scenario (Quota deduction)

Hi All,

 

We have requirement for late coming. If employee is coming late for 3 times a warning mail is sent to the respective employee and from 4 th time the leave quota gets deducted in priority of casual, sick leave and followed by earned leave quota.In case quota is zero at any given point of time, we need to deduct one day salary for employee.

 

Need your inputs on the scenario if the quota is finished how to proceed for one day salary deduction. Not sure why PCR ZM43 is not read during time evaluation for deducting quota.

 

To meet this requirement i have taken a time type and written 3 PCR's as below:

 

Time Type : ZM20

 

Time Message if employee comes late -> V_T555E

 

 

PCR1 -> ZM41 ( to identify whether employee is late or not)

 

 

PCR 2- ( no. of times late to office)

 

PCR 3-> (quota deduction - 61- Casual / 62- Sick leave / 63- earned leave)

 

 

Positioning in Schema:

 

 

Output -> PT60
