Unexpected Dynamic Action when Creating IT0016

Dear all,

Our system has just been upgraded from ERP6 EHP4 to EHP7. During the comparing of system behavior, I've found out that while creating IT0016, IT0019 with subtype 2 was popped up unexpectedly in the new system. After tracing the dynamic action configuration, I've noticed that IT0019 with subtype 2 will be triggered if the field AMBER (expiry of work permit) is changed or created. However, I actually left the field blank in my test case.

Is the definition of date field been changed by SAP or what makes the difference between the 2 versions? And suggestion on how to deal with the issue?
