Can GOSI calculation performed through OFF Cycle?

Dear Experts,

For Country grouping - 24.

Scenario as of now, Employee is going  for vacation, 2 months advance salary  is been paid through off cycle.For calculating GOSI regular payroll is been run.

Is there any option to calculate GOSI through off cycle  so that regular payroll can skipped for particular period is it advisable.

Kindly give valuable suggestion to handle  situation.
