Requirement:
Hide / drop non-eligible employees from ECM compensation planning WD application.
Step 1:
Select list all the direct reports for compensation revision.
Step 2:
Each tab will display a table with all the employees (including non-eligible employees) for compensation review.
Step 3:
Best option to avoid displaying non-eligible employees is create a filter on table (so that non-eligible employees will be hidden) and save this as ALV variant. But this variant will be user specific right?
Is it possible to make this variant to be a global one and should be applicable to all the users by default?
If global variant is not possible then we may have to drop this record through coding.
Note:
Similar table with the same list of employee records will be displayed on each tab. One employee may be eligible in one tab and the same employee may not be eligible in other tab. So we have to hide the employees accordingly on each tab.
