An error occurs , during course content publishing (For SCORM Based courses), while browsing the Source file from the repository folder.
SOAP:1,007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 401 : Unauthorized").
Our application supports only Basic Authentication scheme and therefore ,by default a "Configured User" is used for "logon data" to call the RFCs
So connection to R/3 system is made using the logon credentials configured and hence all courses have the same ID that is used to connect to R/3 system.
RFC user is set up with the SAP_HR_LSO_AUTHOR, SAP_HR_LSO_COURSEPLAYER and SAP_HR_LSO_LEARNER roles.
Along with this user has authorization to read/write/lock/unlockaccess to EP-KM folders.
But inspite of the above mentioned set up, the error highlighted in RED Pops Up while browsing the content .
We have analyzed the aspects of RFC connection (RFC User ID settings) , LSO Roles assigned to the RFC ID, the Master Repository content path and the relevant configuration settings.
All appears to be ok.
(( P.S - By using "Current User" – If we make the system to use the USERID of the user who has logged into the system to call the RFC, which means R/3 system will be accessed using the
USERID and password of the current user which will fail, hence this is not applicable for our set up).
Any pointers or analysis to this issue would be helpful for an early resolution of this issue.
