We have two PA's example 1000 and 1200. 1000 is for NON California employees i.e. employees from NJ,NY,FL etc., are grouped in this one.
Under 1200 PA they grouped subareas of CA like sacramentio,bayarea etc.., Last year due to some change in requirement they added all the PSA's to both PA's i.e 1000 and 1200.
In schema they wrote a PCR based on IT 209 unemployment state i.e. if it is CA it has to process differently and if it not CA it has process differently.
For CA they took 50 grouping and for Non CA they took 51 grouping but in QUOMO they have generated the rules only using 51 for all subareas.
Now the issue is if manager is changing IT 209 unemployment state or PSA's by mistake in ESS/MSS the quotas are getting changed.
Business came back to us now and asking to remove the validation of PSA's from Infotype 0001 and the quotas should be based on IT 209 i.e CA or non CA.
Can we do this validation without PSA's? Appreciate your help.
