Hi,
Please let me know how to configure the following;
1. Maternity Leave- 90 days only for women employee with full payment of salary and all benefits including any bonus etc despite of short of services.
The above is our client requirement. and is applicable to employees who completed 6 months from the date of joining.
2. Paternity Leave. For Male employees. One full week. Starting from Monday to Sunday. Who completes 2 months from the date of joining.
3. The above should be reflected in the pay slips.
I am totally new to this part and tried few methods based on the postings online and sites and unable to succeed.
Please suggest me with config paths and guide to achieve this.
