FPM P&F Hiring process with concurrent Employee

Hi All,

I’m working in a project where the customer request is to make possible, with FPM P&F, an hiring process with concurrent Employee (an Hiring process of an employee already saved in SAP with a different Personal number, linked by IT0031).

I have already done something on it using the Central Person Special field but even if the link between the new Personal Number and the old one works, I expected that the “standard code” would synchronizes all the records of the shared IT (IT0002 / IT0006 / IT0009 / IT0021) between 2 employees like PA40 transaction does.

Is it possible implement it in a standard way? Help me pleaseeeee.
