Issue in Assigning One person for two position

Dear Friends

Experts Provide the correct solution for the above subjected issue

I want to change the existing organisation structure ; current system consist of one org structure , client needs to split the in to two Structure but the CEO it means reporting CEO of the company only one for both org Structure,  all org unit are reporting to one CEO , how to assign one person for two position different structure .

Any one guide me how to fix this issue

Note : Before change the existing organisation structure what are all the mandatory things i need to do , kindly guide me
