IT0002 lock Symbol

Hi

My user has updated IT0002 and saved the data, but  in IT0002,next to filed CHANGE ON , i can see lock symbol.It means record is locked,i am sure our user not have authorization to lock any any Infotype,can you tell me where it went wrong.
