Absence Quota

Hi Experts,

I have a peculair query on Absence Quota. At the end of the year client wants to carry forward some quota to the next year, when they apply leave in 2001 for 2015 for carry forward it should deduct it from 2014?

Is that possible, can we do this in standard, any standard we have or ???
