An employee died on January 2, 2014, however, this information came to RH 1 month later. In other words, he received one month's salary improperly. I generated a termination action in IT0000 with the correct date, however, when I run a "complementary" termination payroll, some of rescission payments are not generated.
This is because the rules they are generated, the "OCCAT 08" parameter is used. However, when generating the "complementary" termination, the cluster of January is retrocalculada and the system does not understand that it became a termination payroll (OCCAT = 08). The system treats January's cluster as a common cluster (OCCAT=' ') because the first time it was recorded was like a common payroll.
In my understanding, the SAP should understand that this payroll became a termination payroll (OCCAT = 08).
Has anyone experienced this situation? Given what solution for this case? I work with a brazil payroll (molga=37).

Um empregado faleceu em 02.01.2014, no entanto, esta informação chegou ao RH 1 mês depois. Ou seja, ele chegou a receber 1 mês de salário indevidamente. Eu consegui gerar a medida de desligamento com a data correta, no entanto, ao rodar a folha de rescisão "complementar" deste empregado alguns pagamentos rescisórios não são gerados.
Isto acontece porque nas regras que eles são gerados o parâmetro "OCCAT 08" é utilizado. Porém, ao gerar a rescisão "complementar" deste empregado, a folha de janeiro é retrocalculada e o sistema não entende que ela passou a ser uma folha de rescisão (OCCAT=08). O sistema trata a folha de janeiro como uma folha regular comum (OCCAT=' ') porque a primeira vez que ela foi gravada foi como uma folha comum.
No meu entendimento, o SAP deveria entender que esta folha passou a ser uma folha de rescisão (OCCAT=08).
Alguém já passou por esta situação? Que solução deram para este caso? Eu trabalho com a folha Brasil (molga=37)
