Hi,
I have a scenario where “Srilanka employee getting salary In INDIA & PF being deducted at Srilanka". How this can be captured in the system.
What are the important things that should be considered in this case.If employee PF is deducted in Home country,does it mean Basic pay should mandatory to be paid in home country only.What are the additional settings to be made in such case.
Pls Guide me on this.
