Well dont know if this is a unique issue or there are any threads on the same issue but, i could not find any.
Please need your valuable help in this regard
Well the issue is, i have defined a floating holiday and specified it as Holiday class 1 in configuring the calender , associated to this, there is PCR which excludes public holidays when system has to calculate monthly working dyas when an EE takes an unpaid leave .
i.e , the public holiday i have defined is a regional holiday Class 1 , for month of Sep 2013 which has 30 days , in that 5 sundays and this public holidays comes to 24 days , but system is taking 25 days . to prorate unpaid leave .
however, this has not happened for National public holidays like May 1st , 15th august , 2nd october .
for reference i am sharing some screen shots of
1) payroll log PARTT , where Day type and Public holiday class is 0 for 09.09.2013.
2) PWS , where it is clearly showing that on 9 th sep , it is holiday class 1
3) Holiday calender.
Please give your valuable advise
