MSS Time Account Units

Hi,

We have notice this in MSS.

When an MSS user is full time employee he/she can see submitted leaves in Days unit. ie he/she can see remaining days as 10 Days

But when an MSS user is part time he/she can see submitted leave in Hours unit. ie he/she can see remaining days as 80 Hours

When the leave requestor displayed their leave it is shown in Days unit.

Is this a natural behaviour of the MSS?

Or is there a configuration wherein we can adapt the display the MSS user see eventhough he/she is full time or part time?
