Hi all,
Do we have any concept similar to CRM Action profiles in HR Employee Interaction center (EIC).
I have a requirement like, when we save or create an activity in EIC, we need to send an email to the affected employee.
We have Rule Modeler in EIC but this works for inbox items so this does not work for my requirement.
