Need help pls on apporval on behalf for substitution:
Employee EMP_001 had created a leave (configured by CATS) which would be approved by the manager MGR_001. With both the id’s being in the same organisational unit it is possible to navigate from the overview screen to detail view and approve/reject each items.
Testing for substitution, MGR_002 is created as a substitute for MGR_001 with MGR_002 is on different org unit but as the same level of MGR_001. I’m able to create a substitution in POWL and the items created by EMP_001 are available in the overview screen of MGR_002. Issue is seen when I go into the detail view where only the “direct” or “all employess” of MGR_002 is visible but the leave approval for EMP_001 is not shown.
In detail screen for approval I have option to view as “Line manager” and display as “1.Direct” and “2. All employees”
Anyway to add a new option or configure on-behalf in detail screen?
tried couple of approched but didnt work.
