first time iam involving in OM/PA global rollout project.what are the things i need to discuss with the client in first meeting, can anyone plz guide me ?

NOTE:

1.already implemented in few countries.

2.now i have to implement OM/PA for rest of countries

3.how to gather requirement from client related to OM/PA.

it will helpful me a lot, if anyone guide me
