Hi All,
According to the requirement of the client which is in manufacturing, they presently record injuries manually and prepare Health and Safety reports. The client's HRIS system is already on SAP and going forward, they want to maintain injury data also in the SAP system. As i am new to the client and not aware about their current system, what all questions should I ask them?
Also, which is a better approach to map different injuries occuring i.e by mapping injuries to Org units for e.g. Org unit -> Positions -> Persons.
OR is there any other way. Please suggest.
