Scenario is : If employee works 2 hours as overtime, he/she should be able to take 2 hours as leave later on till 3 months.
I am using negative time managment. Schema for Time Evaluation is TM01.
I have created absence quota as '10'. This has absence type linked as 'Z111'. I will update this in IT2001.
I have created attendace quota as '50'. I have created an attendance type 'Z555' as overtime attendance. I will update this in IT2002.
I am able to generate the absence quota through time evaluation.
Till this configuration and data maintenance is working fine.
Now here is the requirement:
Employee work schedule is 9:00 - 17:00. On one day, employee worked overtime as 19:00-21:00. Hence 2 hours are overtime. this is updated in IT2002 with subtype 'Z555'.
Then I ran time evaluation, log shows the 0301 and 0330 as overtime worked (2 hours).
Now I want to use these 2 hours to generate absence quota (add to existing absence quota '10') on running the time evaluation.
Can some one please provide input on how to achieve this?
