Inconsistent EPF statutory rate

Hi Gurus,

I have an issues whereby the EPF rate for employer statutory rate shown at Infotype 0196 is 13% while the payroll calculation is taking 12%. The employee's basic salary is above RM8000.00 where the payroll calculation is correct in this case. However, why the PA20 / PA30 screen for infotype 0196 is showing 13% instead of 12%?
