Employee Active for last 12 months.

Hello Experts,

I want to check that if the employee is active for last 12months or not from input date.

How do I check this please suggest.

EX: Input Date is 25.03.2014

Now I want to check that , is employee active from 25.03.2013 to 25.03.2014 or not.
