I'm doing a practice of positive time management and using IT2011 and IT2007.
The senario is like this: employees has 2 hours/day approved overtime quota maintained in IT2007. The system needs to compare IT2011 and IT2007.
The time which is out of planned working hours is deemed as overtime.
Now users can maintain approved overtime hours and compensation type in IT2007 for these approved hours.
But how about those unapproved overtime? (achieved time pair from IT2011)? How can users decide compensation type (remuneration or time off) for unapproved overtime?
Also, what if the business requirement doesn't need to use IT2007 but only IT2011? Where to maintain compensation type for overtime?
