Please check orgnisational assignment of person - PPOME

Hi all,

I have an issue with PPOME - I'm new to this process so apologies if im missing something straightforward.

We have a position which has 4 incremental levels - determined by year (so there is a yearly increase in the position - Job1, Job2, Job3, Job4).

When assigning the yearly positions to the employee in Basic Data I get the attached error 'Please check the organisational assignment of person' - Message No. 5A281

When I check the org assignment in PA30 - the user is missing some key data (Cost Centre, Org unit and Job key)

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
