I have an issue with Absences Generation.
Requirement is, if a employee works for 6 days he should get one day leave in quota.
For that we have written a PCR and the calculation part is working fine. In the Info Type 2006 instead of adding one value to the quota, one record is being created after 6 working days.
In detail, if a employee works for a complete month, he should get 5 days leave. In 2006 Info type we found that there are 5 records created with same quota type and with different generation dates. My requirement is, it should be one record and the available leave should be 5.
For these five records valid deduction period also same as generation period.(Please find the attachment).
Its Validity Interval is Accrual Period start to Calender Year Ending
Its Deduction Interval is Start of Validity Interval to End of Validity Interval.
Kindly suggest me, where I was wrong.
