SAP LSO Participation List Behaviour

Hi Folks

Participation List report is showing some inconsistencies when it was executed and cost center added some how for few employees its picking the cost center from infotype 0027 and for few employees its picking the cost center from infotype 0001

any guess why its happening any OSS note to fix this issue ?
