The issue mainly is, that if we view an individuals training history (Qualifications Infotype on PA20 screen), the indicator will always say ‘Completed’ whether they pass or fail the course. Solution we looking for would be that if on the course follow-up, when logging a ‘fail’ against a course attendee,
that the PA20 entry should read ‘completed unsuccessfully’ instead of just ‘completed’.
The ‘Completed Unsuccessfully’ option is available on the drop-down options but is inactive, any suggestions on how we get this activated
