Payroll posting problem

Dear Experts,

Problem in PRD system.

1.While posting the payroll result to accounting,it's throwing the below message for particular document.Can we proceed for live payroll posting with this message?

2. User has run the posting for some employee and document also got created same,they wanna delete the posting document which already  created for some employee and they wanna to repost it for whole employee is it possible?what solution can we give them for this.
