Change in Pay Action

Dear Experts,

My scenario is employee is hired on 01.05.2013 and confirmation action is performed at 01.08.2013. In Confirmation action Only addition of new Wage type. My Company want that New Wage type should be paid from Hiring date in Current month (01.08.2013) but system is calculating from Confirmation date.
