Time type not updated correctly in Time evaluation

Dear All,

I have positive time management. Using PCR i am calculating OT and EW.

Same PCR is written. Refer attachment.

There are two Holiday class used 1 and 3. For that Same rule is written. However, the result is different.

It is strange the with same logic two different value is updating.

There is no other PCR after this.
