PAYROLL PCR & SCHEMAS

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario to create wage type for vocational provision, the functionality is as follows.

1. The wage type should calculated based on individual employee BASIC+HR+TA  for a day, as an example all together 200 RS for a day.
2. The employee will be having say as an example 10 days for vocational quota for a year,every month it has to show 10*2000=20,00 in Vocational provision wage type but it should not get paid (this is for the reference to employee, client is requesting for), until the employee avail the leave. Say if an employee take 5 days vacation leave, only for this 5 days it has to get paid, 5*200=1000. Only this 1000 rs should hit the GL and the rest 1000rs should display in the employee in payslip as an unpaid.
3. How can i do this? if some one could help me out how  to write the condition is PCR it would be so helpful.
