HI All ,
i am facing an issue as mentioned below
worker will not come to working area from 20/02/2014, management has decided to pay 50% of salary for worker from 20/02/2014.
The system should take care of following things.
- 1. From (01/02/2014 to 20/02/2014) worker will get full salary .
- 2. From 20/02/2014 their salary components which has to be payed 50% are as follows
- Basic
- H.R.A
- V.D.A
- Transport Allowance
3. If any worker will come to working area due to management requirement he should get the full salary on that day which he was present.
so how to config all these thing in system.
