Dear All,
We have a new requirement for a Benefit Plan.
For a X Plan employee is paying some amount towards that plan(Insurance Plan).
Management has decided to give a concession like the employee can take 1 months off from that.
After that 1 month they will continue deducting that same amt.
The plan is to change all existing employees to that off period simultaneously and bring them back once specific period is over.
So whats the best possible way to do it without much of repeated activity every year..
