discrepancies between PA40 leaving date and SAP standard report date (S_PH9_46000223)

Dear Team,

We are using Standard Report: S_PH9_46000223  to get Employees joined & leaving details.

Now, we are facing mismatch in employee leaving date between PA40 date and Report date (S_PH9_46000223).For Ex: In PA40 for an employee we executed separation action on 30.01.2014

But in the Report: S_PH9_46000223 for that employee leaving date is showing as 29.01.2014

it showing one day before from PA40 Separation action executed date, Master data dates are correct but in the standard report

(S_PH9_46000223) it's showing one day before.

Kindly provide the information to avoid these discrepancies between PA40 leaving date and SAP standard report date.
