Increase date on IT 0041 by start of next month using dynamic action?

hi experts,

There is a requirement to increase a date type (suppose 03) on IT 0041 by the first day of next month. e.g. if the employee is hired on 1/6/2014 and date type 03 on IT 0041 should come up as 2/1/2014. even though the hire date is 1/1/2014 it should still show 2/1/2014. Please write the steps for it.
