For our supplemental WTs that have the PCL 68 -(2 Supplemental Payment) is calculating the tax @ the flat rate 25% for the $ 1million limit but its not calculating the tax rate @ 39.6% for the amount over $ 1 Million. I found a note 800045 released in 2005 has anyone worked with the note that is released after this note.
