Report that shows amount of time spent in a positon

Hello Experts,

Can you help me in determining a report that shows the amount of time spent in a position. I can look up IT0001 through SE16, but it shows any and all changes to IT0001 and not necessarily a change of positions. What would be the best report/way to determine the duration an employee has spent in a position. Thanks!
