restricting wage type to psa

hi sap experts,

we are paying a over time wage type to 15 personnel sub areas  no out of 15 now we want to restrict to 12 psa only .

example . psa 1000 and 2000 and 3000 shouls not be paid whic is directly calculating through time and payroll (XT00) ,so kindly guide me to to write  a pcr so that wage type 2222 over time is restricted .
