We have an issue in Org mgmt when an employee completes the above search in org management where the date of birth is showing from infotype 2 in the Valid from field.
On the left hand side of the Org strucure, the end user has multiple options to search for employees and org units.
Under the Person / Collective search help, they are returned 2 options to search by:
N: Last Name - First Name
K: Organizational assignment
In both options, the following fields are returned per matching employee.
Existence / Employee / Code / ID / Valid from (this is where the date of birth is pulled from IT2) / Valid to.
I need to hide / remove the Valid from and Valid to dates so that employees with access to PPOSE cant see all employees date of birhts.
How do i tell what this search help is and how do i remove these fields?
